To use; Dip brush in liquid Fixer and draw a fine line; apply eye shadow to the brush and place on top of previously applied "FIXER" on lid.

To use: Dip brush ( natural bristle recommended ) in "FIXER".

Apply evenly to entire eyelid.
Cover "FIXER" with eye shadow
or
dip brush into fixer. Apply eye shadow to moistened brush.
Draw a line of desired thickness along lash line.
